A rich and delicate yeast cake made from German flour, plant-based yogurt and homemade fresh yeast that makes the cake denser and more ‘bready’ texture.

Baked in a circular Bundt mold with citrus peels, raisins, cranberries, cacao nibs and then topped with almonds. Best to pair with coffee or tea as breakfast . It also goes well with fruit preserves or jam. Try it yourself !
